# 8 - WTU Health
In this episode we talk about that topic: WTU Health.
Health is not the absence of illness. Health is the ability to find a balance in the disruption of the biological system as soon as possible with self-healing powers.
In the WTU we have 3 Health Solo Movements to develop the natural way of moving.
The Solo Movements are:
1. Snake of Fire (string pearls of the joints, wave movements)
2. Wings of the Eagle (opening and coling movements, spiral movements)
3. Baraka (a movement specifically for breathing)
In addition we have a short staff exercise cycle, a Heath Siu Nim Tao, a Health Chum Kiu, a Health Biu Tze and Partner exercises.
